1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using ClipSize (vm.selleryol.com, the "Service"), provided by 이창현 (the "Operator").

2. The Service

The Service lets you resize videos and images you add, crop areas or cut sections, or reduce image file size, and save the result as a new file, free of charge. All processing happens inside your browser; the Operator does not receive or store your files.

3. Advertising

To keep the Service free, the Operator may show advertising on the Service.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only add files you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use the Service in ways that infringe copyright, portrait or other rights of others, or that break the law.
• Remove a rights holder's marks, such as a watermark, only with the rights holder's permission.

5. Limitation of liability

• The Service runs on your browser and device, and results may differ between file formats and browsers.
• Keep your original files. Unless caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for quality loss or failed conversions.
• You are responsible for any dispute arising from your use of files made with the Service.

6. Changes to or suspension of the Service

The Operator may change or suspend the Service when operationally necessary.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
