How it works
- Add a photoDrop a JPG, PNG or WebP photo, or click Choose file.
- Quality or target sizeMove the quality slider, or enter a target size (e.g. 200 KB) and click Fit to size. The result size shows right away.
- SaveReduce the width and height too if needed, then save. A smaller pixel size shrinks the file much more.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reduce a JPG's file size?
Add your photo, keep the format on JPG, then lower the quality slider, or type a number in Target size (for example 200) and click Fit to size. The resulting size shows right away. Making the pixel size smaller reduces the file much more. Saving also removes camera data such as location (EXIF).
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside the browser you're using right now. Your videos and images are never sent anywhere or stored.
Is it free? Does it add a watermark?
It's free to use, and no watermark is added to your files.
